Hi,

hopefully someone can give me a fresh piece of advise. I have 64bit Outlook 2016 on Lenovo ThinkPad T450 with 8gb DDR3 RAM which should handle Outlook just fine.

But this is not the case and everytime I open more programs such as Chrome or Excel and then try to do something in Outlook like check a folder or deselect read emails it either crashes or gives me a screen saying there's not enough memory.

A lot of users have this issue based on Google search but none of the solutions helped me. I tried to change couple of registries or Disable Graphic acceleration but no luck.

If you need additional info please ask.

Thanks

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

some of the comments suggested that there is a tool to analyze potetial issues Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT),, which I used and all Critical findings pointed out that I have 1588 folders in my Outlook Data File and maximal number for optimal performance is 500. I have a lot of shared mailboxes so I removed a bunch and so far so good.

Hopefully this did the trick as I'm not getting any crashes or memory warning so far :)

Thanks
