Outlook 2003 - Left to right

dear All,
I am using outlook 2003. when i compose or reply of any message, the page formate show Right-To-left instead of Left-To-Right. I have to press Ctrl+Shift to move cursor from Right to Left. Any one can help me to give a permenent solution?

I havent got Off 2003 but look in tools|options or customize for settings.
