Yes, it's absolutely forbidden. We are the only forum worth looking at!!!!

...but seriously, no there are no problems referencing/suggesting other sites. Some of the more common forums suggested are:

TheOfficeExperts
OzGrid
Tech-Tips (is that a real one or did I just make that up?)
MS Newsgroups
