Order of operations

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me confirm that this formula, =60.7*height+45.3*weight-2055, was correctly written with the order of operations when put into excel.

A2=(60.7*B2)+(45.3*C2)-2055

B2 = height
C2 = weight

The parentheses are not necessary; multiplication and division have higher precedence than addition and subtraction.

Was just going to post the same comment as shg.

Yeah, no need for the parentheses at all, google PEMDAS or Order of Operations

=60.7*B2+45.3*C2-2055 will be fine.
