Or Function in Sumif function

Dear Friends,
I tried following formula to sum whereever vetical is like "AMS" or "Pre" or "MNP" or "AVCV" =SUMIFS($C$6:$C$15,$B$6:$B$15,OR({"AMS","PRE","AVCV","MNP"})), but it is i am working only for first case.

In this case I got sumation for "AMS" .

Time being I have managed by altering
formula as =SUMIFS($C$6:$C$15,$B$6:$B$15,"AMS") + SUMIFS($C$6:$C$15,$B$6:$B$15,"PRE")
+SUMIFS($C$6:$C$15,$B$6:$B$15,"MNP")+SUMIFS($C$6:$C$15,$B$6:$B$15,"AVCV")


but it is required for help on above logic, Kindly correct me if formula is wrong.
