Good day.

I am new to VBA, and Im assigned to a project which needs some code optimization, currently it uses for loop to read rows one at a time.

Question:
What is the fastest way to search a certain row in 77 or more worksheets with (40000 rows each).

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
welcome to the forum.
Depending on what you are searching for, an autofilter might be a better way....but you will need to give us more information.

You can use Find and Replace (Ctrl + F) window and set withing option to workbook and Find All.
You will get a list of address based on your find creteria.
