operation you are about to perform affects a large number of cells (when inserting a row)

Posting for my co-worker....she has a fairly large excel workbook, main tab feeds 3 other tabs. The main tab has 5,000+ rows.

She tried to insert a new row by highlighting the entire row and also tried just highlighting the cells and inserting, both times she got this error message.
