Hi
I want to open an internet site from within VBA (eg Excel). The only hassle is, is that I cant go the route where I insert a webbrowser object in the form.

Is there any other way, even to call a batch file that opens up a url, without using the webbrowser object.
(I tried using a batch file, but that didnt help.). Shell maybe ?

I'm sure there is a way, surely ??

Let me know

Thanks !

Darryn

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi,

To open a URL in Excel use:-

ActiveWorkbook.FollowHyperlink "http://www.mrexcel.com"

and in Access use:-

Application.FollowHyperlink "http://www.google.com"
