Well... for example, I remained on `Developer` tab. I сlosed the book, started it and with opening `Developer` tab! Is it possible?

Did you save the workbook before closing?

Unless you have some code that runs on opening, the sheet that was visible when you last saved, will be visible when opening the workbook.

When you say "tab" are you referring to the your Sheet tabs at the bottom?

Or are you talking about your RIBBON tabs at the top?

That I have no idea about, I simply use the keyboard shortcuts.
