I am trying to export a report that is the same format in a period and YTD view, but I want the period to be in one excel tab and the YTD in another excel tab. I cannot figure out how to open another worksheet in the module SQL. Can someone please help?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
2 queries shown...qsJune, and qsYtd

vFile = "c:\myfile.xls"
DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel12, "qsJune", vFile, True, "June"
DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel12, "qsYtd", vFile, True, "YTD"
