I'm trying to write a macro that will prompt the user to open a file and then manipulate the data in that file. So far I've only been able to get the macro to open 1 specific file and manipulate that data. The macro will only work on that one file. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Have a look at:

and search for the question "I have an Excel Template file (report.xlt) and text files (1.txt, 2.txt, 3.txt etc - 45 of this text files) in the same directory". This is an example of code manipulating mutiple files.
