Opening Existing CSV file and copying the data

Morning All,

I have been working on finding a way to open a csv file within a folder and copy all of the data into a excel spreadsheet but I cant seem to make it work does anyone have any suggestions as to new code I could use?

what does the csv file look like eg fred,london,345,john,newyork,567,sid..........

It contains a point for example 1569 and then a numerical measurement value for that point e.g.5mm

if you open the csv file, and then export to excel, what happens (it maybe you have to open excel then imprt the CSV file, I can't remember)
