Opening Excel file I get msg: Do you want this program to make changes to this computer

Hello, I am getting a strange message when opening an excel file

I am using MS office 360 and Windows 10, after a recent update to windows I upon opening an Excel file get the msg:

Do you want to allow this program to make changes to this computer

Does anyone know how to give Excel this permission so I do not have to do so on every opening of a file

Any help with this is greatly appreciated
