My database has a customer data input form where the user inputs new customers.
Prior to giving the user the ability to open this form I need them to confirm 1. The users name;
2. The customer name;
3 Date of the Privacy Agreement signed by the customer.
If they do not enter this data then the Customer Data Input form will not open.
