Opening a file within last modified file (within a directory) using VBA

Hi guys

I want to use VBA to source a file and then open it.

The directory will always be H:\Everyone\SOFTCON PCS. I then need the VBA to go into the last modified folder within this directory, and then open EGBCIS13.TXT (using Excel) from within this folder.

I've no idea where to start. Any ideas folks?
