Open userform when worksheet opens advice

Afternoon,

I would like the userform to open when i open the workbook.
At present i have the following which works fine when i navigate worksheet to worksheet but need some advice please for it to run when i open the workbook.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
