Open Separately Excel 365

Our spreadsheet names remain constant from year to year. In the past we were able to add an open separately to the right click option and have the ability to open both spreadsheets at the same time without an error. Does anyone know if this can be done in 365 or if there is a quick work around?
 

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
