Open Report Specific to ID

I have a Report which shows a list of people (who each have an ID number). When i click their ID number, it opens up a Form with their details on.

Is it possible to have a report similar to this to open a different report when ID number is clicked?

e.g. When i click ID Number 'AS741' on the Report named 'AllCustomers' it opens up a different Report named 'AS741'
