Hi,

I'm using open office calc and I have today's date in a cell =Today()

What i need is to be able to copy the current date and paste it into a cell easily but it only will paste the formula. Any ideas how i can do this easily and quickly?

Thanks,

Gibs

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Have you tried using the excel date shortcut, ctrl ; on an empty cell?

Copy the formula, then right-click the target cell and Paste Special... (at the bottom) and choose Numbers. Then format the cell as a date.
