Open Excel File and Saves As base on a list

Hi Experts,

I have a list of Vouchers in my "Extract.xlsb" sheetname "do not delete" Column D like below

May be somebody is kind to help me figure out the code thru a cmdGenerate button
that open my "Pipe support_MIV-SEGS-PS-GF-Fabrication.xlsx" file
then Save As base on the list from Column D like
Pipe support_MIV-SEGS-PS-GF-1473.xlsx then change the value in Column A like MIV-SEGS-PS-GF-1473
Pipe support_MIV-SEGS-PS-GF-1570.xlsx then change the value in Column A like MIV-SEGS-PS-GF-1570
the code will stop up to the last voucher reference in Column D (can be dynamic base on the number of vouchers listed in column D)

All the files are save in the same folder C:\Desktop\Farbication
