Open Excel at Specific Time

I created a macro that runs at a specific time of day a few weeks ago but it will only run if the excel program is open.

Is there any way that if excel is not already running that I can have it open automatically a few minutes before my macro should run.

I'm thinking it will have something to do with using Windows API calls which I know nothing about.
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Just use Windows Task Scheduler in the Control Panel under Performance and Maintenance
