I have a four columns in my data set. They are: File Name, X, Y, and a URL link column.

File Name
X_value
Y_value
URL

File1
2
9
url.com/file1

File2
1
7
url.com/file2

File3
8
3
url.com/file3

After creating a scatter plot of the X/Y values; I would like to be able to click that data point on the chart and have it open the associated file name URL in my browser.

I found a VBA posts where Excel will prompt the user with all the data after clicking the chart data point but it does not open the link.
