From Excel I want to open an application called REMEDY.
My Remedy requires the 2 part account # to be entered in to two separate fields

I need to create a menu button or marco that will allow 20 meat robots to create a new Remedy tickets from the customer acct #'s in an excel worksheet. I just don't know how to do it.

So my question is . . . What should I be focusing on , VBA Editor , Add-ins , I have at my disposal an existing .xls (for cannibalizeing) it does almost what I want . It adds a menu button that will open previously created Remedy tickets via an alphanumeric ticket number.
now I just need to edit that to (at least thats the plan)

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions,

This stuff is fun
