So I have

TAB 1
This contains a load of data broken down by worker. (I don't know how many lines each worker has)

On Tab 2 I want it to pull that data through only for a certain few workers.

What would be the best method of doing this?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Irwell1878,

So that we can get it right on the first try, can we see what your actual raw data workbook/worksheets look like, and, on another worksheet what the results manually formatted by you, should look like?

You can post your workbook/worksheets to the following free site (sensitive data changed), mark the workbook for sharing, and, provide us with a link to your workbook:

https://dropbox.com

Try using https://app.box.com/files (Free file sharing) to post an example file.

Once you have created the uploaded file, copy the address line and then paste it back here!!

How about
Code:
Sub FltrSome()
   Dim ary As Variant

   With Sheets("Summary")
      ary = .Range("J4", .Range("J" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
   End With
   With Sheets("Extract")
      If .AutoFilterMode Then .AutoFilterMode = False
      .Range("A1:F1").AutoFilter 1, ary, xlFilterValues
      Intersect(.AutoFilter.Range.Offset(1), .Range("A:B,E:F")).Copy Sheets("Summary").Range("A4")
      .AutoFilterMode = False
   End With
End Sub

It can be done without VBA, but I don't know how.
Hopefully one of the formula folk will pitch in.

AdvancedFilter has a copy to other location feature that would help. The destination sheet must be active when AdvancedFilter is activated.
