Only Displaying last 5 Digits Excel Cell....

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I am not sure that makes much sense, as .0034 or 0.0034 is a distinctly different numeric value than 0.0000034.
So it is just a matter of changing the format, but rather changing the entire value.

What are the rules?
Can you provide other examples of what other data may look like and how it needs to be changed?
Are there always the same number of digits or decimals each time in the original data?

The Data in C38..the formula did work but the issue is I need it to display in C38

Formula already in C38 getting real time info =RTD("tos.rtd", , "NET_CHANGE", "/6J")
