Hey everyone,

I have a big problem! In a recent project I have to import data from several excel sheets into one PowerPivot Table. It worked until I reached the number of 60000 rows in the table. From that moment on I only get different error messages. The other rows can only be included when previous rows are deleted. But that, of course, doesn't make much sense.

I'm a bit confused now because everywhere it is written that the big advantage of powerpivot is to handle huge amounts of data, up to millions of rows.

So does anyone have an answer for that? I don't have any explanation.

Thanks in advance for every help!!!

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Try saving your file in .xlsx format - that will handle over a million rows.

Thank you for your answer, but it does not work in this case.
We had to include a macros and therefore I cannot save the file in an .xlsx format, only a .xlsm format is possible.

Does anyone have another solution?

xlsm should also work

what is the bottom row number on your spreadsheet? (just hold CTRL and hit down arrow key)( do it in an empty column)
