Hi

I'm new to OneDrive and excel on the web but I'm making progress. I have a folder structure within one drive such as:

Database
> Scans
>test_vax.jpg
>test_cert.jpg

In the database folder I have an Excel on the Web table. My table consists of row each with a unique record ID in column A. My goal was to create a hyperlink in column C to a JPG stored in the Scans folder, which has a name that corresponds to the unique record ID. So, for example, if the unique record ID was called "test", there is a test_vax.jpg and test_cert.jpg in the scan folder. I wanted to be smart and I figured there would be a consistent folder structure name in the hyperlink such as "http://onedrive.blah.com/database/scans" and that I could prefix that with the unique record ID and tack on the "_vax.jpg" on the end to make up what I thought was the full URL. But for the life of me I can't find what would be a consistent folder name for that folder within OneDrive and where I could actually do that. I just get a pile of random numbers when I try to get the link, such as:

https://1drv.ms/i/s!AtfhQIid5QXufgIAvABPpWLzS2g?e=itt8ux

Is there anyway I could do this so that I can pop URL links to the respective JPG in the subfolder? I even tried to add a URL in Excel on the web but there is no browse function so I can't browse to the JPG in the scans subfolder.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
I actually worked it out. I opened the excel on the web spreadsheet in desktop excel and from in there I could browse to the onedrive jpg and, as the excel was actually updating the one on the web, it all worked. :)
