I have a main form which has subforms that are one to many relationships. I am trying to create reports off of this data and need to include information from the main form and also information from 2 or more subforms. I am having difficulty.
Should I be able to do this with one query or do I need multiple queries. I am basing the selected data off of an automated ID number. I am having no problems with extracting the main data, however when I add a subform and link it back to the query it is not giving me the correct results for that record. It is also prompting me for the "automated ID number" again for that subform. . . I think that I don't understand the logic of the one to many relationship when it comes to reporting. Can someone supply a high level way to accomplish this? Please help!! thanks.[/img]
