On click, send data to table

Hello,

I would like to have a button in a form do the following:

On click, insert the data in ph number field in the form to the phone number field in a table.

The form name is BOBFORM and the table name is BOBTABLE

We are going to need more information to answer this! Is the number to be appended as a new number or attached to an exisiting record? If attached what is the details of the other fields involved?
