How can include offset the previous row in the Red Color code?

Code:
For i = 3 To LRow
    Range("I" & i) = [COLOR=#ff0000]WorksheetFunction.Average("I" & i, "L" & i)[/COLOR]
Next i

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
HI
Code:
Range("I" & i) = WorksheetFunction.Average(Range("I" & i - 1), Range("L" & i - 1))
or
  Range("I" & i) = WorksheetFunction.Average(Range("I" & i).Offset(-1, 0), Range("L" & i).Offset(-1, 0))
