First thanks for any help someone might be able to give me.

I have a document that I want to allow someone to "Paste" information into a field.

Currently i'm using carrots ^^^^^^ (about 8 lines worth), but when I attempt to past in the text in only copies in the first line.

Anyone have a clue on this one ?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
paste Special

Hi redtree,

Select your eight lines worth of ^^^^ Select Edit Copy. In Excel select a cell, choose Edit, Paste Special choose Text, or HTML, or Unicode Text.

Hope this helps,
Paul
