# of days between 2 dates?

I am trying to calculate the # of days between 2 dates, specifically from 02/17/09 to today. Please help!

do you want working dates or elapsed dates ?

C2 = B2 - A2

(and format as a number) will give you the elapsed dates.

If you want working days C2=networkingdays(B2,A2). Thks

NETWORKDAYS (not networkingdays) requires the Analysis toolpak to be loaded for versions prior to 2007 by the way.
