I have random cells within (A1:Z25) that equal the letter "A". I would like a Macro to find every cell that equals "A" and replace the "A's" with sequential numbers starting with 1 then 2 then 3 and so on.

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Code:
Sub KedForum4()
    Dim rw As Long, cl As Long, x As Long
    x = 1
    For rw = 1 To 25
        For cl = 1 To 26
            If Cells(rw, cl) = "A" Then
                Cells(rw, cl) = x
                x = x + 1
            End If
        Next
    Next
End Sub
