Odd issue when trying to switch column of # back to =

When I try find and replace the # back to = (with a column of formulae I copied from another document where this process works) it tries to open another document, asking me to 'update values' (see second image). Any idea why its's doing this?

That's because in the formula you have a sheet name that doesn't exist in the workbook.
Verify that the sheet names that are in the formula exist in your workbook.

You probably don't have a sheet called "PBi LMS Data" in that workbook
