ODBC Connection to Access in 365

Hi, I have a file in which I created a new ODBC connection to a query in our Access DB in Office 365 by going to Data > Get Data > From Database > From Microsoft Access Database and searched for the query and added it. It works fine and refreshes for me; however, my peer is getting an error when refreshing saying he can't connect to the database. The legacy connections in this file that were set up on Office 2016, hitting the same DB, work perfectly fine for him. He's able to refresh those, but going through this new process in 365 is returning an error. Does anyone know what the difference is? The connection strings do look completely different.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
