object library not registered

i am trying to install the html maker on my home pc but get this error several times "object library not registered" is this a common error and is there a fix? didnt see anything in the serch.
 
Yes. Uncheck the missing Outlook reference:

thanks starl for the sugestion.
i did infact check the faq's first and found nothing .
nate when i tried to do as you suggested i found i did not even have the option to look there. so i reinstalled with the repair option and everything seems to be working now. thanks for the idea's fellas.
