Numbers are scrolling cells

Hi,
GUIDE POINTS
1-When I enter any value in column H or I in this worksheet the formula related to this it's changing but when it is changing something strange happens it is scrolling from up to down in that cell and also sometimes you can see lines showing in then it goes. And in some other cells it works fine. Just numbers changes without scrolling in the cell
2-Please watch cells C2,E2 and G2

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to watch exactly, but as a first thought is there VBA code in this spreadsheet that would change where the selection is going after something is entered?
