Number series based on multiple criteria

Hi Friends

Good Morning, Need a help with a formula in Column D
I have Number in Column A and i Have name in Column B
So i need result to count in Numbers based on criteria

For example : Column A with Repeated Number 236 so i need the name count 1, 2
