Hi All,
As a basic user, I'm having what I hope is an easy to answer issue, so apologies if it's been asked before.

I have a spreadsheet which records scores for a charity quiz I run twice a year.
The scores are entered into Sheet A (which is organised alphabetically by team name for ease of use) and calculated in a column.
I have these final calculated scores linked to a column on Sheet B, so I can arrange them in descending order.
The top 5 scores from the pivot table are then linked to Sheet C, which I use to link to a PowerPoint presentation for displaying the scores via a projector.

My issue is that Sheet A could display the following numbers:
117
111
108.5
106.5
104

Sheet B's pivot table will display the following numbers:
117
111
108.5
106.5
104

But Sheet C displays the following numbers:
117
111
109
107
104

It appears that sheet C is rounding the numbers up, even though all cells on all sheets are set to General format.

I would like to have Sheet C display the numbers exactly the same as Sheet B, which it is linked to.

Any suggestions please?
Many thanks
Phil

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Did you try Format/Format Cells.../Number and select number of decimal digits to display?
