Null values in merged table with data model

Hi all,
I have merged two tables in data model, when I look at the table this has created, some of the cells in one column (lets call this column A) have a null value. What I need is to create a new column with the values from column A, but where their is a null value I need to show ' Not Processed'.

Can any one help ?
