Can I use the NOW() formula but make the values set so that the results do not change as the days change?!

This may be of some use as a substitute

Insert a static date or time
Current date Select a cell and press CTRL+;

Current time Select a cell and press CTRL+SHIFT+;

Current date and time Select a cell and press CTRL+; then SPACE then CTRL+SHIFT+;
