Noting when something is answered

How about asking people to edit their message title to include "ANSWERED" when it has been. This was you would be able to tell if a message has been answered. Sometimes a message will be answered with one reply and sometimes it may take 17.
Also, for people who search for answers before posting for answers this would help a lot. By searching for "sorting data ANSWERED" you would get more relevant results.
Maybe there could even be a check box avaliable to the original poster that would have the same functionality and then a different color or icon to denote a satisfactorly answered post.
