notas de un examen tipo test

Buenas noches, es una duda tengo que hacer unos exámenes tipo test, donde no penalizo los errores, lo que hago es cambiar el numero de preguntas según el nivel educativo, y también el numero de aciertos, porcentaje de aciertos, no lo logro de hacerlo, subo un ejemplo para 50 preguntas, 80% de aciertos para obtener un 5, y según el numero de aciertos ponerle una nota entre 0 y 10, lo que quisiera es si cambio numero de preguntas y el porcentaje me lo calcule de forma automatica la nota y a si ponerla en la cabecera y los alumnos sepan que nota tienen
