Once I have a SS created is there are way to only view it and not have infinite cells to scroll through?
I guess what I am asking is can I freeze the entire SS?
I hope I am making sense.
Thanks
Brown

I understand why you might ask why bother, but I just dont like having so much unneeded stuff on the page and students will be working with this to keep track of grade data through alll four years of high scool, and giving them more than they need is not always a good idea.

If I cannot do it I guess I just cannot do it, but I thought I would ask.
Thanks

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Similar to Mikes comment
Go to the row past the last data row, click on the row header and press CTRL + SHIFT + down arrow....then right click on any row header and select Hide.
Similarly select the column to the right of the last used on and press CTRL + SHIFT + Right arrow.....right click on any column header and select Hide.

Thanks I am going to try that now.
The sheet I have made has a lot of scrolling to be done in it, so I want to limit it as much as possible.
I have 5 charts across the top and 4 of them have 3 cells that each have a formula being calculated from another sheet in the workbook, and 60 rows so that is 720 formulas. I think it goes down into the 720s (rows) You can see it is pretty large so if I can make it any easier to use it will help.
Thanks again for the help guys

Thanks
That worked and it looks a lot better and acts a lot better now. I think that will make the teacher that has to deal with it feel better.
