"Not Responding" Due to No Internet Connection

I have a spreadsheet that that uses Macro's, VBA and KU Tools.
When I try to use it and I do not have an internet connection is just hangs..."Not Responding".
Is there something I can do to fix this?

Semi-novice user here and not sure I would retrieve the "code" that you speak of?
