I'm trying to do a <> "92". when i run the query, it omits the '92' along with any cells that are blank.

I have 3 columns of data and I would like to delete each record that has a '92' in either column 1, column 2, or column 3.

how do you build the logic?

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Ah,

Does this help,

Dim Cell As Range

For Each Cell In Range("A1:C20")
If Cell <> "92" Then Cell.ClearContents
Next

Remember to alter the Range to suit your needs.

Cheers
