Not enough system resources to display completly

I have created a combo box that is just displaying a selection from a defined list. All lookup formaula that are using the selected listing are working fine, however I keep getting the following message - Not enough system resources to display completly.

Anyone know why this is happening? I have closed all other programs on my PC and still have this problem!
