Hi,

I am using excel to do a webquery on some data through web. i was doing it earlier with ease.. but recently i noticed that there is a small ad in the middle of the data i want to do web query.. so because of that the whole table which had a small arrow on the middle left corner (right next to the table) has shifted to the top left corner (selecting the entire page).. due to this i am not able to select the data in the list and export it.

I am looking for a way to ignore the ads and somehow create a web query or any other method to just get the specific data from the webpage..

as you can predict from my language that i am not good at excel any help from experts would be highly appreciated.

Thnks

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Import the entire page (maybe to a separate sheet) and then reference or copy the table of data to where you need it.
