Hi,

I am working on a excel model for which I want to do formating same as I have in one already existing excel file. So i tried looking for the interior colors in the cells of that file.

The problem is the colors used in that file are not showing in my excel "Fill Color" list. When I click on the dropdown button of the Fill Color and point to the marked color instead of showing the name of the color it reads "Color Scheme".

I also tried copying the format from there and then pasting it in my original file, but then the color comes totaly different from what of the original file.

Please anyone help me understand this problem and also if there is any solution to this.

Many thanks in advance :)

Regards,
Premanshu.

If you choose Tools|Options|Color you can copy colours from another open workbook by selecting it from the dropdown and clicking OK.
