Not able to copy paste Slicer to another worksheet

Hi, I had a working slicer which was connected to five pivot tables all in different sheets, Suddenly it vanished and now when I am creating a new slicer I am unable to move it to the desired worksheet. I am able to copy & paste it in the same sheet but when i go to other worksheet paste option is greyed.
PS: I had recently updated to office 2016.

OK so my problem was that I have sheet activation coding... DUMBO
